Jesus came to usurp the enemy (Satan). Jesus came to take a higher seat than Satan. Remember in the book of Genesis 3:15 “And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel (KJV).”

-Usurp means  to seize and hold (office, place, functions, powers, etc.) in possession by force or without right usurp a throne (Merriam Webster .)

In order for you to step on someone; you will have to be above them. Have you ever tried to step on a person’s head (while they are standing up) who is the same height as you. It would be very difficult. So, what do you have to do? You have to get into a position above them. Now that you are imagining that. Let’s take it to the spiritual realm. Immediately after Jesus was baptized by John The Baptist; the Holy Spirit fell on Jesus. The Heavens opened. God The Father spoke. Then Jesus was lead by the Holy Spirit into the wilderness. One of the temptations Satan enticed Jesus with was telling  Jesus to bow down to him (Satan) and he will give him(Jesus) all the kingdoms. Satan boasted to Jesus in an open vision all the kingdoms he has by deceiving man and stealing it. Remember going back to part 1. Satan deceived Adam and Eve in The Garden of Eden. Adam and Eve had dominion and authority. God gave them as a gift to take care of. They were deceived out of the Gift (position and authority) by Satan. Satan took over and then death started. Abel died and Adam and Eve started to show signs of aging. Life comes from God, by his grace.

Jesus came to overtake Satan in the spiritual realm. What higher seat can you have than at the right hand of God The Father. The Bible says that the earth is Jesus’s footstool. Everything is under his feet (Isaiah 66:1)”Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?” (Acts 7:49)”Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will ye build me? saith the Lord: or what is the place of my rest?” Guess what, that includes Satan. Satan’s ruling is on the Earth naturally and spiritually.

Another awesome fact, Jesus made us to sit with him in heavenly places at the right hand of Father God. Yes, if you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and savior; then, the earth is also YOUR footstool (Ephesians 2:6)”And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:”. Let’s take authority and establish the government of our Father on this Earth. Satan knows he is defeated, but he tries to trick us into thinking WE are the defeated ones.

Due to the fact that most of us do not live in a monarchy; it is very difficult to understand order or ranking in a kingdom.

• King, Queen.
• Prince, Princess.
• Duke, Duchess.
• Marquess, Marchioness.
• Earl, Countess.
• Viscount, Viscountess.
• Baron, Baroness. etc

I will not go through all the rankings in the spiritual realm.

In a kingdom, there is always someone on top. The highest rank naturally is the king. In the spiritual realm, it is God the Father. The next ranking, we see from about is the prince, in the natural. But, in the spiritual realm, it is the King/Lord, whose name is Jesus Christ ( Jesus means”Jehovah is Salvation, Christ means”Anointed”). The last we will touch on is the rank of prince. Which is you and I (Genesis 1:26)”And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.” (Romans 8:17)”And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.”

You are in this world, but you are NOT of this world. We operate from a Heavenly Governance. Where our Heavenly Father lives; in the Kingdom of Heaven, to establish it on earth.

Even though we are in the enemies camp. We bring and carry in us the power and authority from the Kingdom of Heaven. We are Heaven on Earth.
