Paid In Full

Hey everyone, this is going to be a short post. But, I think people need to hear this, today.

Satan tried to cash you in, but God said,” Your check is no good here.”

While I was thinking about some things in my life; I remembered how God saved me through my mother’s prayers.

Many years ago, I was in an ungodly relationship. I was in sin. I was in a relationship with a man; I was not married to. I know the way life is now people do not see a problem with that. With God there is a problem with “shacking up”. I was with this man for 13 years. Well, do to the fact that I was in sin; Satan knew he had every legal right to cash me in. The word of the Lord declares,” the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 6:23).

I will only say a small part of the story. My book will be coming out soon titled Why Sex, God?

I had never been in so much pain in my life before. Usually when a person feels a nice cool breeze from an AC unit, it makes you feel so good. In 2009, an AC unit was my worst enemy and bed cover sheets were no better. I was hospitalized. I had a blood clot in my right thigh that extended upward in my stomach. What made it more difficult was the fact that I was pregnant. The AC and sheets felt like huge knives. The air passing across my skin and the bed sheets felt like someone was cutting me over and over with millions of knives. The pain was so excruciating that the doctor kept me heavily medicated for pain.

God’s grace was on me for so long. But, then Satan went and told God, he is ready to cash me in (a debt was owed and the pay was my life). Satan reminded God of his word that the wages of sin is death. Be aware, Satan knows the Holy scriptures very very well. God knew he could not go back on his word. So, God asked other people to pray for me. The scriptures call it “standing in the gap and intercession”. My mother, Audrey Parry, prayed and prayed for me. Mom did not go to bed at all. She stayed up sitting in her chair, in her bedroom and prayed for months. I knew my mom was tired.

My mom told me she had to pray for me. My mom let me know that she did not really pray for my baby because her focus was me. I made it today because of prayer.

Satan thought he was able to cash me in, but he had a huge surprise. God told him,” your check is no good here.”

Satan is the accuser and adversary of the brethren. In fact, that is what his name means. He is allowed to go to the heavenly courts to bring up cases of guilt before God. Listen, listen the debt has already been paid in full.

Don’t tempt God and purposely continue to sin. I’m not talking about the people that God is still molding and teaching. I am talking about us who plan and purposefully go out to sin and then talk about grace. Satan is always looking for an opportunity to cash you in. Satan will even go to the point of trying to distract the persons who are to pray for us; so there is no one standing in the gap and building up a hedge.

I don’t know about you but I have made a decision to love God and allow him to love me. Because I know according to Romans 8:1, “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”

Once you are a believer and follower of Jesus Christ, DO NOT allow Satan to make you think, you are not worthy or good enough. Jesus doesn’t waste anything. The fact that Jesus Christ died for us and rose again, means you are worth it.

You are worth it. The price has already been paid, now walk in it. Be blessed everyone.

Remember, we serve the creator and not the imitator.
