Ephesians 2:6 (KJV). “6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:”
I asked God. Why was the word “made” used in the verse above? That’s a peculiar word to use. So, I looked in the Merriam Webster dictionary- someone has the right qualities to be or to do something. We have the right qualities to be or to do something. That is very interesting. Also, notice that made is in past tense.
My natural follow up question to God; what are the right qualities?
Ezekiel 36:26 (KJV). “26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.”
The required qualities is a new heart and a new spirit. I looked up “new” in the Merriam Webster dictionary. “New” is an adjective. A word serving as a modifier of a noun to denote a quality of the thing named to indicate its quantity or extent, or to specify a thing as distinct from something else.
I am hoping that everyone is understanding what God is stating. God has given us a distinctive, high quality spirit and heart that can only come from him. Those are two of the right qualities we have.

Genesis 6:5 (KJV). “5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.”
Women, without Christ Jesus, we tend to be selfish, jealous, hateful… evil, etc. We can not and will not be obedient to the word of God without Christ Jesus changing us.

Luke12:12 and Luke 4:1.
Luke 12:12 (KJV).”12 For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.”
Luke 4:1(KJV).”1 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,”
Now, let me explain. In the two verses from the book of St. Luke above; it is the Holy Spirit which helps us and guides us. The new Spirit we have is the Holy Spirit which dwells inside of us. The Holy Spirit teaches us the qualities and attributes of Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit tells us what to say and leads us into the right direction; which, lines us up to the will of God in each of our lives.
It is good to be saved. How? Romans 10:9(KJV). “9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
Being saved is not enough, we need the infilling of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit, leads us, guides us, comforts us, and gives us power through Christ Jesus.
Acts 2:4(KJV). “4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”
We as the body of Christ should walk in power and not in defeat. We are tired of playing Christians. We want the fullness of God in our lives. Amen.
