If It’s Meant To Be?

imagesCAU77DAVMany people say that if you love someone, let them go. If they return to you, it was meant to be. Well, that might be true in some instances, but not all the time. This has happened to me. I tell facts about my life because I am passionate about helping women and young girls.

I was in a relationship with a man. I was not saved at that time. I did not have a close relationship with God. I was unhappy with this man. I spoke with this man over and over about what would make me happy. He always had an excuse of why he couldn’t do what needed to be done to make our relationship better. When I renewed my life with God through Jesus Christ, I found out what I was missing. I spoke to him again and pleaded for him to change. To make a long story short. He decided that he was happy manipulating me and did not want to change. Finally, I had to let him go. After a while he came back and wanted to renew the relationship. He was talking to a totally new person. I was no longer that unsure person. I built myself on the solid rock of God’s word. I let him know first off that I forgave him for hurting me over and over. I let him plead his case and tell me why he thinks I should take him back. After he spoke I realized that I made one of the best decisions I had ever made in my life. When that talk was over and I was alone; I had to praise God and thank him for taking the scales off my eyes. I was blind and then I saw.

Not all relationships are meant to be. Not all the time when you let someone go, and they return, it’s meant to be.

Women, the devil knows our weaknesses. When we are progressing in life and moving forward; Satan likes to make stumbling blocks to make us deviate from our planned and expected end. Don’t be fooled, when we get rid of one spirit; he tries to come back with seven more( the bible states in Matthew 12:45). I am not calling the man a wicked spirit. But I am saying that some people have allowed wicked spirits in their lives by the way they live. Talk to God about your relationships because he cares for you, more than you know. Love you guys.
