I AM that I AM part 3

Jehovah Rapha (The Lord who heals).

There are many instances in the bible where God healed us. Most of us have testimonies where God healed us from some kind of illness. I would like us to share with each other some of those healing testimonies.

God healed me many times, but the time when I gave up on myself in the past was one of the most significant for me. In 2009, I was pregnant and had a huge blood clot in my leg that went all the way up in my abdomen region from my upper calf. I also had a clot in my lungs. The clotted blood in my abdomen caused my kidneys to stop working. I went into liver failure. My intestines stopped working and my stomach stopped working. To make a long story short, it felt like hell on earth and the pain was excruciating; to the point where air blowing across my body cause the pain to increase even more. I gave up on myself, but thanks to the prayers of friends and family; I was healed physically.

But sometimes we don’t talk about emotional healing, or even psychological healing. My baby girl was born with the same blood clot and she had the same problems. She lived a little over two months and then passed away from complications. I was healed physically but not emotionally or psychologically at that time. To say the least, I was a mess. All  types of regret, hurt, loss and pain crossed my mind. It took a while for me to find my way. Better yet, it took a while for me to turn to my Lord and Savior. I needed Jehovah Rapha. Not only did God heal me physically, but eventually I allowed him to heal me spiritually, emotionally and psychologically. God never gave up on me and he will never give up on you. There are many of us who have lost someone or something in our lives and feel like they can no longer go on. I am here as a witness to the grace and mercy of God. He can help you even if you are deep in trouble. Just cPretty girl over blue sky looking at the sunry out. Call him. He says he can not ignore a true repentant heart and spirit. Cry out and if you can’t, ask someone to cry out for you until you have the strength to cry out yourself. He wants to heal you. You are worth to effort it takes to attain healing. He was wounded for our transgression, bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was upon him and with his stripes, we are healed .
