Part 1 Jehovah Jireh
At first when I read Exodus 3:13-14, I was confused and I didn’t understand what it meant. When Moses asked God, what should I say your name is when the Israelites ask? I now am starting to realize why our Father God said, “I AM THAT I AM”. That simple phrase says so much, Women… Women. That simple phrase says it ALL! God is everything to us women and young girls, but lets start with one of his known names. Jehovah Jireh, what does that name mean? Well, it means The Lord who Provides. Some versus from the bible are Genesis 22; Matthew 6:25-34; Philippians 4:19; Psalms 37:25. If you are familiar with more versus, please share with a comment.
Getting personal
For me Jehovah Jireh has provided me life and not just existing. I mean an abundant life. A full life in him. Jehovah Jireh has provided a roof over my head. Jehovah Jireh has provided clothes, food, shoes even when I didn’t have the money to buy them myself. Jehovah Jireh has eliminated some debt, paid a car note. Yes, a car note. Jehovah Jireh has provided me with true friends who will not always agree with me, but will talk sense into me when I start to slip. Most importantly, Jehovah Jireh has given me the ability to come boldly before the throne of God the Father, through the finished work of Jesus Christ, on the cross.
Lets share, let your life be a living testimony. I want to know how The Lord who Provides ( Jehovah Jireh), has helped you. Don’t be afraid to share your testimony. You can save another woman or girls life. Every life matters.
